RE/DONE offers returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
